1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, or by purchasing full access, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

This site publishes a list of domain names whose .ai version appeared registered, and whose .si version appeared unregistered, when last checked against public registry data. It is an information service only. We are not a domain registrar, we do not sell or register domain names, and we are not affiliated with any registry or registrar, including the operators of .ai and .si or Hostinger.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial or investment advice, and a listing is not a recommendation to register any name.

3. No guarantee of availability

Names are checked on a rolling basis, so a listed domain may have been registered recently without this list reflecting it yet. Registries may also reserve or restrict names that appear available, and registrars may set their own prices and rules. Availability is not guaranteed. You must verify a domain with an accredited registrar before purchasing, and any registration is a separate transaction between you and that registrar.

We do not guarantee that a name will be suitable for your purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of others, or that registering it will have any particular commercial result.

4. Free and paid access

A limited number of names are viewable for free. A single payment of $10 USD unlocks the complete list, with search and filters, until 1 January 2027. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Access is to a list of information that changes over time, not to any particular domain name. Full access is linked to the browser you purchased from through a secure cookie, so clearing cookies or changing browser may remove access. If you lose access this way, you can request a one-time restore link by email, which is sent to the email address Stripe recorded for your payment. Access is for your own personal or business use and may not be shared, resold or republished.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars, and your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees or exchange rates.

5. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If your payment succeeded but you cannot access the list, or you were charged in error, email us at findsidomain@gmail.com (include the email address you paid with, or your Stripe receipt) and we will resolve it, including with a refund where appropriate.

When a payment is refunded, or a chargeback or dispute is opened on it, your paid access ends automatically and the restore link for that purchase stops working. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape or copy the list in bulk, overload the site or the underlying registries with automated requests, bypass or tamper with access controls, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for making sure that any domain you register does not infringe trademarks or other rights.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, and the compiled list are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. Domain names, trademarks and logos mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. Buying access gives you a limited, non-transferable right to view the list and does not transfer any ownership.

8. Service changes and closure

This is a time-limited project. We may change, suspend or close the site at any time, and it may be taken offline on or after 1 January 2027, or earlier if registry or hosting changes make it impractical to run. Paid access lasts until 1 January 2027 or until the site closes, if that is earlier. We will display a notice on the site before closing it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and list are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business or opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the site, including names that turn out to be unavailable. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect the price or access period of a purchase already made.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
